Diamond cutters

We supply DP/PKD-diamond cutters (PolyKristalline Diamond) for all application ranges.

Applicable on CNC-milling machines for grooving, rebating, jointing and copying in a lot of solid wood, coated, foiled, veneered or HPL-laminated derived timber products (HPL=High Pressure Laminate) as well as thermo- and duroplastic boards.

With cutting bit-HW for angular approaching. TOP milling quality due to pullshovel cross section from the bottom and above.

Tip: Standard tools are laid out for feed rate with max. 12m/min. 

Für coarse feed rate up to max. 25m/min. special high performance tools are available on request.
